Ransom & Randolph contracted Industrial Powers Systems (IPS) and The JDI Group (JDI) as design-build partners to construct a 24,000 SF warehouse addition at their existing facility in Maumee, Ohio. IPS worked through a process with the City of Maumee Zoning in cooperation with JDI and Ransom & Randolph to receive zoning approval for the new building and property designs. JDI’s design focused on expanding storage capacity to support Ransom and Randolph’s manufacturing processes, provide additional restrooms, and improve overall traffic flow and parking. JDI’s full-service support continued during construction with the design of landscaping and irrigation in cooperation with EDGE Landscape Architecture and a sewer lift station.
