Our civil and survey team was tasked for a waterline replacement and extension throughout the city’s downtown area as well as outlying locations. The scope of services included survey, design, bid book, specifications, bid analysis, and construction support. JDI worked closely with officials and the governing contractor to ensure a successful project. EPA permitting and working around wetlands was also involved. The project included open cut as well as horizontal directional drilling methods of construction.
