Yesterday, our team took a well-deserved break from schedules, deadlines, and project meetings to enjoy one of our favorite company traditions: our annual Beer & Brats event.
Each year, this event gives us an opportunity to celebrate the people behind our success and recognize the hard work, collaboration, and dedication that drive everything we do. Team members spent the afternoon enjoying a cookout featuring brats, burgers, and refreshments while taking part in a little friendly competition.
The annual cornhole tournament once again brought out some impressive skills and plenty of bragging rights, while Giant Jenga and Giant Connect Four kept the competition going throughout the afternoon. More importantly, the event provided an opportunity for employees to connect, catch up, and enjoy time together outside of project work.
As a multidiscipline firm, collaboration is at the core of what we do. Events like Beer & Brats help strengthen the relationships that make our integrated team approach successful for our clients and rewarding for our employees.
