Industrial Power Systems (IPS) partnered with JDI to provide design services for a design-build project for PRO-TEC Coating Company in Leipsic, OH. Since the main manufacturing facility needed to maintain their production operation, our team coordinated logistics with PRO-TEC for minimal disruptions.
The admin building included:
• Offices
• Operations & maintenance/mechanical room
• Health & safety room
• Locker rooms (will also be storm shelters)
• Breakroom
• Training rooms
JDI provided architectural design and civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services for a new administration building. The project scope of work included all necessary design, permit, and construction drawings to build the new administration building and tie it into the existing plant building.
This project started in 2022 and wrapped up in early 2023 (6 month project duration).
