Are you a creative architect looking for an opportunity to lead and innovate? The JDI Group is searching for a Senior Architect to join our team and drive excellence in industrial and commercial facilities design.
As a Senior Architect with The JDI Group, you’ll bring your extensive expertise to the table, with a minimum of 10 years of experience under your belt. Armed with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, you’ll lead project architectural design from concept through construction documents, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project architectural design from concept to construction documents
- Coordinate with internal engineering disciplines and project managers to deliver integrated solutions
- Work directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Supervise bid and permitting processes, and provide construction administration support
- Analyze and document building codes and regulatory standards to ensure compliance
- Mentor emerging professionals, sharing your knowledge and expertise
- Prepare project specifications and serve as a technical resource to the team
To excel in this role, you’ll need a basic understanding of Revit and AutoCAD, along with strong organizational, technical, and communication skills. Your ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, both in writing and verbally, will be essential to your success.
