As a Senior Architect with The JDI Group, you’ll lead project architectural design from concept through construction documents, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail at every step.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project architectural design from concept to construction documents
- Coordinate with internal engineering disciplines and project managers to deliver integrated solutions
- Work directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Supervise bid and permitting processes, and provide construction administration support
- Analyze and document building codes and regulatory standards to ensure compliance
- Mentor emerging professionals, sharing your knowledge and expertise
- Prepare project specifications and serve as a technical resource to the team
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Basic understanding of Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, both in writing and verbally
- Minimum of 10 years of experience preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture
- CAPM or PMP certification is preferred
- Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000/year depending on education, experience, and any certifications directly related to the position
