JDI WISHES THE SCEDC A HAPPY 40th ANNIVERSARY

On Thursday, August 22nd, the Sandusky County Economic Development Corporation (SCEDC) hosted its Investor Networking Event, bringing together a vibrant mix of local business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community stakeholders. The event, held at The Garrison in Fremont, was a special occasion as it coincided with the celebration of SCEDC’s 40th anniversary, marking four decades of fostering economic growth and development in the region.

The evening unfolded on the charming patio of The Garrison, where attendees were treated to an array of craft cocktails and delectable hors d’oeuvres, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for networking. Executive Director Beth Hannam took the stage to highlight the people and success stories that have shaped the organization. In addition to these achievements, Beth shared personal and heartfelt memories from her time with SCEDC. Adding a unique touch to the evening, Beth also shared some fun historical facts about Sandusky County, compiled by Kyleigh Lash, the Communications & Project Administrator for SCEDC.
