As a Project Manager with us, you will be pivotal in coordinating with various internal engineering disciplines and department managers, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Coordinate with internal engineering disciplines and department managers to optimize project execution
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure project success
- Estimate fees, write proposals, and manage project accounting and reporting
- Coordinate overall project design, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Strong organizational and technical skills, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of scope/budget management, project scheduling, and industry-specific regulations and compliance
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or management
- CAPM or PMP certification is preferred
- Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000/year depending on education, experience, and any certifications directly related to the position
