The JDI Group worked as part of a construction management (CM) team with Miller Diversified for this 18,000 SF retail center. JDI provided a “white box” design for the center allowing for two retail tenants.
JDI provided architectural, structural, and MEP engineering services to create permit and construction documents. Building code review, floor plans & elevations, as well as Life Safety plans, were provided. JDI will also provide emergency Responder Radio Testing services prior to final occupancy to coordinate with officials regarding radio frequencies and equipment use.
