The JDI Group worked as part of a construction management (CM) team with Miller Diversified for this 18,000 SF retail center. JDI provided a “white box” design for the center allowing for two retail tenants.
JDI provided architectural, structural, and MEP engineering services to create permit and construction documents. Building code review, floor plans & elevations, as well as Life Safety plans, were provided. JDI will also provide emergency Responder Radio Testing services prior to final occupancy to coordinate with officials regarding radio frequencies and equipment use.
Pet Supplies Plus and Five Below utilized their own architects, but JDI had to coordinate with all of the contacts to ensure we had covered all of the components they needed in the shell of the retail center for the interior tenant improvements.
