The JDI Group worked as part of a construction management (CM) team with Miller Diversified for this 18,000 SF retail center. JDI provided a “white box” design for the center allowing for two retail tenants.
JDI provided architectural, structural, and MEP engineering services to create permit and construction documents. Building code review, floor plans & elevations, as well as life safety plans, were provided.
Pet Supplies Plus and Five Below utilized their own architects, but JDI coordinated with all of the contacts to ensure we provided all of the components needed in the shell of the retail center for the interior tenant improvements.
