Each summer, The JDI Group hosts our annual Beer & Brats event — an afternoon dedicated to celebrating our team and their accomplishments. This year, we had an extra reason to raise a glass: our employees helped us celebrate our 11th year as a Top Workplace! This award serves as a testament to our focus on cultivating a workplace where people feel respected, energized, and passionate about the impact they make each day.
The afternoon gave employees a chance to step away from their desks and come together for a casual cookout, an always-competitive cornhole tournament, and plenty of time to relax and connect with colleagues. For the final few hours of the workday, the patio was buzzing with conversation, laughter, and the aroma of brats on the grill. This year’s featured a new addition—our tasting station! Employees had the chance to sample four unique brat and brew pairings, adding a flavorful twist to the festivities and sparking plenty of spirited taste-testing conversations.
Events like this are an important part of our culture — recognizing hard work, celebrating our shared successes, and fostering the strong relationships that help us thrive.
