The JDI Group collaborated with Clouse Construction Corp. for a design-build of the Heavenly Pizza in Tiffin, OH. The project encompassed a 4,365 SF facility featuring a dining room, restrooms, office, storage, conference room, kitchen/prep area, and break area. To achieve the necessary deliverables, our team integrated multiple internal disciplines, producing a comprehensive construction package that included permit and construction-level drawings for architecture, structural, electrical, and mechanical systems. Through full team collaboration, we successfully delivered the multi-discipline package, resulting in a successful project and a tasty new establishment for the Tiffin community to enjoy.
