The JDI Group partnered with another engineering firm to provide project management and RCDD engineering services for a project with three Ann Arbor Schools. The bond-approved IT district-wide updates required PMP project management services. Our project management services included project coordination with other contracted engineers, architects, and executives with capital projects. The PMP attended site visits, prepared meeting agendas, facilitated weekly design and status meetings, and maintained the project schedule.
