The JDI Group is seeking resumes for a qualified Mechanical Designer.

Ideal candidates will have experience in heavy industrial, governmental, institutional and/or commercial projects. Other qualifications include:

• Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology or similar curriculum is preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• Duct and plumbing design experience desired with REVIT experience a plus
• Experience with an MEP design firm is preferred

In addition to performing drawing setup for mechanical and plumbing designs, you will be responsible for coordinating design details with mechanical engineering leads, visiting job sites to gather field data for retrofit projects, working with other disciplines throughout the project, and producing drawings of approved designs for bid and permitting processes.
